Development Application – 32 Lot Subdivision & Semi-Detached Dwellings, Kiama NSW

Development application (DA) on one of the last large sites in close proximity to Kiama town centre.  Subject to complex site constraints including up to a 20% slope, enhancement & rehabilitation of a riparian & drainage corridor, flooding & overland flow issues, integration of a medium density development in a lower density environment, protection of views from adjacent dwellings, & traffic management issues. The design by PSEC Projects (Architects) sought to significantly improve on an existing townhouse approval.  This DA has been approved by Kiama Municipal Council.
