Subdivision of Heritage Cottage from Shopping Centre, Windsor NSW

Project Description

We were engaged by 360 Capital Group, who own the Windsor ‘Market Place’ Woolworths shopping centre, to subdivide the lot to separate an existing heritage cottage at the rear.  The subdivision would enable a new owner to adaptively re-use and upgrade the ageing heritage cottage, whilst improving the marketability of the shopping centre by simplifying the asset.  The project involved heritage, flooding, parking, and easement issues working alongside the Surveyor.  Lodged in 2016.
