Project Description

We assisted Design Delta Architects to prepare a Statement of Environmental Effects to support a major addition / extension to an existing housing in a heritage conservation area of Marrickville.  We worked with Design Delta (see image) to address heritage advice and design a sympathetic addition that transitioned in scale from the two storey element to surrounding lower streetscape areas.
