Existing Use Rights – Mosman

Project Description

iPLAN PROJECTS provided advice on a complex mixed-use project that relied upon existing use rights to achieve a building that was substantially outside the development controls.  The client wished to modify the application to improve upper level unit size and amenity.  We worked with PSEC Project Services to demonstrate that the context of the site was for 8-9 storey buildings even though the controls permitted significantly less and the additional height would have only slight impacts in terms of overshadowing.
