Development Feasibility Apartment Building – Rhodes

Project Description

iPLAN PROJECTS and PSEC Project Services were engaged by Colliers International and the Lutheran Church of Australia (NSW) to prepare a development feasibility study for a key site adjacent to the Rhodes Railway Station.  City of Canada Bay identified the site as part of a ‘Priority Growth Precinct’ and was looking to significantly upzone the area.  The clients wanted architectural and planning studies to illustrate the potential of the site to increase its value for sale.  This included a background analysis, urban contextual analysis, site analysis, development scheme & yield study with cross sectional and perspective analysis of built form.  It is our understanding that the site was quickly sold for a considerable price – demonstrating the value that planning and architectural services can add to a project.
