Development Application – 58 Unit Mixed Use Residential Flat Building, Bankstown NSW

Preparation of a Statement of Environmental Effects, Urban Design (Site Analysis) Report, and Waste Management Plan to support a development application for a 58 unit mixed-use residential flat building in Bankstown NSW (Architects PSEC Projects Services).  The issues we addressed included transitioning from a low scale environment to high density near a railway station, integration and separation of mixed-uses, energy and water use assessment to achieve a substantial FSR Bonus, proximity to a rail corridor, approval to relocated Sydney Water sewer services, and complex vehicle access and parking arrangements for a mixed use building.  Approved by Bankstown Council in June 2015.
