93 Unit Development – Mixed Use, Bankstown

Project Description

After gaining development consent for a 58 unit mixed use development early in 2015 Рthe client purchased the adjacent site and applied to expand it to a 93 unit development with ground floor restaurants. Key issues included SEPP65 & Apartment Design Guide compliance; feasibility of adjacent sites; improved parking layout whilst minimising basement excavation; dual lift cores and waste management; improved deep soil zones and communal open spaces; and potential contamination issues.  This is expected to be approved in early 2016.
