Andrew Napier was invited to make a presentation to the Environmental Development and Allied Professionals (EDAP) Conference in Cowra on 1 May 2014. With the new planning legislation in limbo in 2014 the key for Councils is to understand how to navigate in a changing political (and planning) landscape. Don’t wait for the NSW State Government to get agreement on the plan for our future!  Councils and planning consultants can lead the way in preparing well-considered and community-supported development strategies and local planning controls.
