The Central West Planners (CWP) – Planning Forum is on 5 November 2014

Andrew Napier from iPLAN PROJECTS, along with Annalise Cummings (Parkes Shire Council), Jenna McNabb (Dept. Planning) & Claire Johnstone (CJ Planning & Development) have come together to reactivate the Central West Planners Group.  The first Forum is on 5 November 2014 and is being hosted by Parkes Shire Council.  We have speakers on community engagement, logistics and regional development, and an update from the Department of Planning & Environment.  We hope to run this forum up to four (4) times per year and it looks like the next venue in early 2015 will be Bathurst Regional Council.  This is a fantastic opportunity for planners west of the Blue Mountains to network and exchange ideas for the betterment of the region.  This is open to everyone involved in urban & regional planning including those outside the Central West region.
