In 2013 iPLAN PROJECTS had a 100% success rate for approval of development applications.  Some of the most significant included:

  • A 32 lot staged subdivision for 32 semi-detached dwellings in Kiama NSW;
  • A 6 lot community title subdivision and 5 new dwellings in Orange NSW; and
  • A new medical centre and shop in Grenfell NSW.

In addition, a number of projects with Councils were approved / adopted including:

  • The Wakool Development Control Plan 2013 in Wakool Shire NSW; and
  • A development assessment for Bogan Shire Council of an application for temporary accommodation for 350 workers to construct a solar farm at Nyngan NSW.
